The room is comfortable and modern, but small. The hotel is beautiful and very well located. The friendly staff and a plus is the old electric car they lend you for short rides.
I didn't like the fact that breakfast is served in the lobby, the feeling of a full hotel when you enter is awful. Besides it is a building that has to be taken care of, not all the people respect it, and they throw it away, they dirty it, and in the lobby, being the entrance, it looks very bad.

A wonderful hotel in the city center with a great location. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and the staff were fantastic. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the room was impeccably clean. The service from the concierge to the housekeeping was top-notch. a luxurious and enjoyable experience.
I highly recommend this hotel.

We had the pleasure of staying at the St Regis Roma and were impressed by the newly remodeled rooms. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location near the main train station was convenient for exploring the city. I would highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful rooms and great service.

The location was very convenient, being very close to the Repubblica metro station for those who prefer public transit. the breakfast at the hotel was really good, with delicious options.

Incredible luxury hotel experience. Everything from the service to the exclusive amenities was first-class. the hotel staff was always pleasant and professional, and our needs were fulfilled promptly. the room was spacious and well-appointed, with exclusive advantages that made our stay even more comfortable. the restaurant served an amazing breakfast buffet that was included in our room rate. the bar/lounge area was a great place to relax with a drink after a long day of sightseeing. the location was convenient and within walking distance of major tourist sites.
The only negative aspect of this hotel was a minor issue with the soundproofing in our room. We could hear noise from neighboring rooms, which impacted the quiet, relaxing atmosphere that we were looking for.
